We typically process orders within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Depending on your selected shipping method, delivery times may vary. In rare cases, orders may arrive in separate shipments due to items coming from different warehouses, but don’t worry, all items will arrive within the promised timeframe. If your order doesn’t arrive within 25 business days after shipping, contact us for a full refund.
After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's tracking system. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, please contact us with your order details, and our team will assist you promptly.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. For all other returns or exchanges, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition within 15 days. Include your invoice or order details with the return. Once we inspect and approve the returned item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you need a different size or product, simply place a new order after your return is processed. Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Some of our items are shipped from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times. Rest assured, all items will be delivered within the delivery window provided at checkout.
